NASA Federal Credit Union sets mortgage rates based on daily market conditions and guidelines. Please note that your final rate and term are subject to loan type, credit worthiness, and loan to value.  Base rates displayed may not be representative of your final rate.

Rate lock requests from your Mortgage Professional is from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.  Please contact your Mortgage Professional to lock your rate at 301-249-1800 X 207 or the extension they provided you.  Locking a rate may only be completed via your Mortgage Professional once all necessary qualifying support documentation has been reveiwed and any appraisal/credit report fees has been received from you.  The review time can vary depending on the number of files to be reviewed prior to your completed file being received.

Loans are not locked via this website.

Once you have locked your rate with your Mortgage Professional's assistance, you will receive that rate and the discount points associated with the rate, no matter which way rates move.  

Locking in your rate is your responsibility. You must satisfy all loan approval conditions in a timely manner to allow NASA Federal Credit Union adequate time to process and fund the loan within the lock period.
